Is the shuttle shared with other passengers?
No. Every Ambassador shuttle is private and reserved just for your group. We do not run shared or multi-stop routes, so your van goes straight from pickup to your terminal with no strangers and no extra stops.
Is the shuttle door to door?
Yes. Unlike a fixed-route bus or train, our shuttles pick you up at your home, office, or hotel and drop you directly at your terminal, and the same in reverse for pickups.
How much luggage can I bring on the shuttle?
Our Sprinter vans and shuttle buses have generous luggage space for standard suitcases. Let us know if you have golf clubs, extra bags, or oversized items so we can plan accordingly.
How far in advance should I book my shuttle?
We recommend at least 24 hours ahead, especially for larger groups and early morning flights. Last minute requests are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate them.
